CiC is an annual contest on innovative entrepreneurship for students and pupils. The contest is one of startup programs of VNU-HCM as well as a strategic mission in order to actively contribute to the development of the creative, highly interactive city, Thu Duc. The contest is accompanied by universities, colleges, education organizations; supported by the Department of Science and Technology Ho Chi Minh City, and the VNU-HCM Start-up Foundation.
